Dosing System Working principle

The dosing device is based on metering pumps as the main dosing equipment, solvent dosing tanks,

dosing dosing devices, level gauges, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, buffers,

pipelines, valves, bases The escalators, escalators, automatic monitoring systems, power control systems,

etc. are assembled on a common platform according to the process flow and form a module, the so-called

skid-mounted modular unit.

The dosing device adopts the form of electromechanical integration structure, and can be divided into fixed

The dosing device is designed through different processes to precisely configure the solutions of various

The dosing process can be manually operated, and can also be controlled by PCs, magnetic flap level

The dosing unit and dosing pressure of the dosing device can be selected according to the needs of

industrial processes. Flow rate from 1L/h to 8000L/h, pressure can be selected from the range of 0.1MPa to

25MPa to the right product,

Metering pumps can measure up to ± 1% accuracy, and can achieve simultaneous delivery of a variety of

media, individually adjusted.

The volume of the solution tank in the dosing device can be as small as 0.1m3 to 20m3, and can be

selected according to the amount of dosing. According to the different transport media, there are many

materials to choose from, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lined rubber), stainless steel, non- Metal

materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.
