Tiptop perforating charge center utilizes computerized hydraulic
pressing systems to ensure consistent and stable manufacturing of a

shaped charge products include:
“Pioneer” Ultra-Deep Penetrating Shaped Charge
High Quality Pioneer Ultra-Deep Penetrating Shaped Charge can
satisfy the heavy oil, low permeability and high fracture pressure
of formation of oil and gas exploration, effectively improve the
construction effect, can significantly improve the single well
production and recovery factor of oil and gas.
Deep Penetration Shaped Charge
With the features of deep perforation, regulate channels, low harm,
no pestle blocking, no damage to casing, this series of products
can be used for normal temperature, high temperature and super-high
temperature.
Deep Penetration shaped charges are used for kinds of guns, such as
51mm, 73mm, 83mm, 86mm
TTG Capsule Shaped Charge
This series of products are of small size, light weight, easy to
operate, etc, which could be conveyed through tubing by wire, and
perforation in tubing or casing. The products are suitable for
small hole well perforation, potential tapping of old wells or
engineering incident handling.
1. Perforator containing size: ¢43, ¢51, ¢54, ¢63mm;
2. Pressure Rating: 105Mpa; Low clastic material shell is 70Mpa.
Big Hole Shaped Charge
The product has the characteristics of stable penetration, big
hole, slug free, no damage to the casing, less pollution etc. For
low permeability, heavy oil, sand and other strata, the product
could reduce the resistance of oil and gas flowing into wellbore,
which could improve flow and reduce the pressure loss, thus greatly
increase the productivity.
The product can adjust the type of explosives to meet the
temperature requirements according to the specific conditions of
oil and gas wells.
Synergy Shaped Charge
The product is a new type of shaped charge which combines the
operation of perforation and high energy gas fracturing. The shpaed
charge and the fracturing explosive are installed together
coaxially, the fracturing explosive will be sent to perforating
hole by jet after the explosion of shaped charge, and direct
fracture the stratum and rock, extension the fracture, which could
meet the purpose of production increasing and efficiency
increasing. The product of this type could reduce the damage of
high-energy gas to gun and casing. Synergy shaped charge is of
simple shape and easy to load in gun. After perforation test, the
hole of perforating gun is regular, small damage to the gun, the
perforation hole is clear.
Tubing, Casing and Drill Pipe Puncher
The product, with a large entrance hole, can penetrate the inner
tubing, casing or drill pipe according to the engineering needs.
The damage to outer layer tubing is minimal when perforating
tubing.
The product can be conveyed to oil and gas well by wire or tubing,
then punch the tubing and casing, ad the circulation tunnel is
established. It provides a more effective engineering solution for
oilfield users, which can greatly save the cost and shorten the
processing cycle.
