Preparation before use

Electric heating steam boiler Product advantages:

2. Automatic water injection.
The amount of water in the boiler is reduced, and the control system automatically replenishes the water from the tank to the boiler through a supplementary pump.
3. Save energy.
In order to use electric energy reasonably and effectively, the heating power is divided into several stages and controlled by the controller automatically.
The user needs to determine the heating power, just close the corresponding leakage circuit breaker.
At the same time, the segmented circulation of the heating pipe reduces the impact of the boiler on the power grid in operation.
3. Reliability.
The boiler body USES argon arc welding primer, manual welding cover surface, after X-ray inspection of the strict inspection.
4. Strict material selection.
The steel used in the electric heating steam boiler is strictly selected according to the manufacturing standard.

Preparation before use
1. The operator must understand the working principle, position, performance and working method of various auxiliary parts of the boiler.
2. Check the installation of combustion oil, wiring and pipe nozzles, power supply, burner, water pump and boiler accessories.
3. After determining the opening and closing state of the main gas valve, close the main gas valve.
4. Check the water level meter to make sure that it rises and falls flexibly and is in a normal position.
5. Set the pressure regulator correctly and adjust the combustion damper.

Maintenance:
1. maintenance of the boiler, must cut off the power supply while reducing the pressure inside the boiler.
2. The burner should be removed from the boiler body every two months to remove foreign matters such as carbon accumulation and dust inside.
The photoelectric tube is polished once a month, the fuel filter should always keep clean to ensure its filtering function.
Special attention should be paid to cleaning the oil pump filter net, do not destroy the gasket.
The burner must not idle without oil to avoid damage to the oil pump.
3. Keep the water level meter clean at all times. Open the cleaning valve and rinse it once a day to ensure the clear calibration of the water level meter.
4. The safety valve is pulled once a day to prevent rust failure.
