Working Principle of Vacuum Emulsifying Machine
The SED-300RZ material are stirred by both the center blade and
side scraper, which works on the inner surface of pot keeping
stirring materials from being stuck onto the wall. In the process
of blade-stirring, the materials are continuously crushed, pressed,
fold.
Then the material is sent to the cut-off mixing unit where they are
again cut off, broken and stirring by the strong interaction
between running cutting wheel and cutting sheath. The materials are
finally crushed into small pellets of 200um~2um
Advantages of Vacuum Emulsifying Machine
1) The pot cover is automatic rising type, the material was
directed draw into the emulsifying boiler from oil boiler and water
boiler based on a pipe that is under vacuum, the discharge is based
on the turn the emulsifying boiler.
And the heating system is electric heating or steam heating that
the temperature is automation control. Put the cool water into the
intercalated bed so cooling the material, simple operation and
safety( at the outside have a warm layer).

during short time.
3) Contact position adopt high-quality stainless steel (medical use
adopt 316L material make with supplies, the polishing of surface of
