2006 in Chengdu, Sichuan province. Our company is located in
Wenjiang District Haixia-science and technology zone which is the
high-tech industry development zone with convenient transportation
and beautiful environment. Sichuan Vstar Optical Technology is
specialized in precision optical components manufacturing. Our
major products are optical precision injection aspheric lens and
optical thin film coating products. We also provide optical
products design and simulation services, mold manufacturing,
samples service (mold injection products samples and diamond fast
cutting prototype samples) ，lens batch manufacturing, optical thin
film coating and glass optical products supplying.
Our high precision injection machines are Japanese Fanuc and
Sumitomo electric optical injection machines ranging from 30MT、50MT
to 100MT. Our main optical injection raw materials vary from clear
PC, black PC(infrared), PMMA, COP(ZEONEX), COC(ARTON)…
The thin film coating equipment is based on vacuum deposition
technology and we provide both metal coating and dielectric coating
on a variety of substrates, from plastic to glass and crystal.
Dielectric thin film coatings are in house designed for UV-light,
visible light, infrared light, AR coating, splitter film, color
film. The metal coatings include gold, silver, aluminum film, etc.
