Features

Operation

1. Put the knife on the cutting table, adjust the protrusion of the knife to about 0.5-1.0cm, and the protrusion of both ends of the knife should be the same, which can be fine adjusted with jackscrew. Turn on the magnetization switch of the electromagnetic device button to make the knife adsorb on the knife table. Adjust the position of the angle between the grinding wheel and the blade. If the blade contacts the grinding wheel, turn the feed hand wheel to separate it.

2. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and the machine will enter the normal working state.

4. Rotate the feed hand wheel to make the blade slowly and evenly move inward until it contacts with the grinding wheel. Adjust the contact tightness between the blade and the grinding wheel to make the grinding wheel and the blade work well.

Debugging

First of all, when debugging the sharpener, we need to adjust the angle of the sharpener. At this time, we can use the rotation of the adjusting wire and the adjustment of the slide table to achieve; secondly, we need to adjust the cutting amount, shake the hand wheel, so that the slide table seat can move forward and backward to complete; there is also the extension of the sharpener, at this time, we can use the jackscrew to adjust

Maintain

The blade grinder is a high-precision mechanical equipment. Regular maintenance will extend its service life.

1. The rail plate shall be lubricated frequently.

2. Clean the machine after each grinding.

3. The grinding wheel shall be replaced in time in case of cracks and notches.
