220V BRDH 315 BRDH 355 HDPE Pipe Butt Fusion Machine
This two Hdpe Pipe Butt Fusion Welding Machine, series type is
BRHD-315 and BRDH-355, are manually 220V welding machine, both used
for the welding job of plastic pipe which is made of PP, PVDF, PE
and HDPE materials. The diameter range of BRDH-315 is from Φ 160mm
to Φ 315mm. And the range of BRDH-355 is from Φ 200mm to Φ 355mm.
Characteristic:(1) It is composed of four parts: operating platform
(hydraulic and electric systems), clamps, heating plate and milling
cutter. (2)The clamp is detachable,which can be used for welding
the special pipe fittings (tee, elbow, flange, etc.). (3)The clamp
is separated from the operating system, and it is easy to operate
on site. (4)The clamp uses the double - card structure, which is
accurate and easy to adjust the error variable. (5) The hydraulic
system is used to control the butt pressure which can make the
pressure accurate and the operation stable. (6) Using the electric
solenoid valve to control the oil cylinder running more convenient
and reliable. (7) The heating plate uses the electronic temperature
control, and the digital display is accurate and intuitionistic.
