This machine adopt PLC touch screen Siemens control,It's adopt
piston filling form. The filling nozzle material tank and touches
liquid part material is USU304 Teflon and POM.And it have
proteation device that machine will stop and alarm when lack of
materials .

Heavy sauces, salsas, salad dressings, cosmetic creams, heavy
shampoo, gels, and conditioners, paste cleaners and waxes,
adhesives, heavy oils and lubricants.

1) Conveying process:
By adopting bottle-neck clamping design, or Hanging Type
Bottle-Conveying System, the DCGF series can adapt many different
shapes of bottles easily. It can be applied to your producing line
directly with much less auxiliary units as well as inconveniences
needed.
2) Filling process:
The DCGF series adopt Micro-Pressure technology which makes the
filling process faster and more stable without losing pin-point
filling accuracy.
3) Washing process:
Spring clamps are applied in the bottle washing unit. Empty bottles
can be turned over by 180 degrees along the conveying rail. Two
times of internal and external washing can guarantee the bottle
washing quality.
4) Sealing process:
