Product Description:
AT Series Glass Tempering Furnace is a new generation tempering
machine to temper flat glass. Compared with same kind of product in
domestic and abroad, this machine has some advantages like

Low-E glass and coated glass

Through Section Technical Introduction
3.5-4mm glass is tempered with unique passing technology. It takes
30 to 40 seconds to work as a big fan in a general toughening
furnace, but only 10 seconds for this technology, which reduces the
working time of a strong fan and can save 40 to 50 percent of
electricity. At the same time, it avoids damage to the equipment
caused by the long running time of the fan and extends the service
life of the equipment.
Through section: through section is composed of an air grate with a
nozzle and a frame welded with shaped steel, and a roller pass
between the upper and lower parts of the grid. The nozzle orifices
on the grid plate are specially designed, which can pass through
enough high-pressure air to evenly blow on the glass surface from
the upper and lower directions to make it toughened. The opening
and closing motion of the upper and lower part of the grid is
completed independently by the electric actuator, which ensures the
need of cooling the glass with different thickness. 3.5 ~ 4mm glass
moves along the roller at the set speed and is uniformly tempered
within 3 ~ 8 seconds after passing through the grille. Its roller
