4.Cylindrical Multi-Stone Honing Tool for Vertical Honing Machines
This multi-stone honing tool is suited for Hunnen, Nagel, and other
brand vertical honing machines, offering a machining range of 17mm
to 600mm. It can be used to hone engine cylinder walks, hydraulic
cylinders, AC engine cylinder blocks and more. According to the
different honing machines and environment, this bore honing tool is
available in single stage, two stage and pneumatic gauging types.

In order to obtain specila texture of slots and platforms,rough
honing,fine honing,and platform honing are needed.Their functions
are as follows:
Rough honing:Getting the correct geometry of the bores,as well as
the desired surface roughness for the next process.
Fine honing:Getting the basic platforms and symmetrical intercross
texture.
Platform honing:Getting the ideal platforms form.
