Product Feature

The manual overrides are “safety” features for when power is lost and the solenoid needs to be operated. 2 position valves with manual overrides, when activated, shift the valve to its energized position. Some 3 position valves come standard with a one-direction, push-pin manual override. When the manual override is pushed, the spool shifts following the logic of energizing S2. Manual override options are intended for emergency use only and are not intended for continuous operation.

Application

Standard worm gears can be configured to fit almost any partial-turn or multi-turn valve (e.g., ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.). Worm gear operators create a mechanical advantage in torque, which reduces the amount of work and/or the number of turns required to cycle a valve.

Package&Delivery

Packing Details: We choose suitable wood cases according to different valves and arrange skilled workers to pack in case of bruise. Long term cooperated forwarder will book space, clear customs and transport for us without delay. There are three ways for transportation, by sea, by air and by train. We will arrange transportation according to customers' needs.
