Overview

Flow indicators are used extensively as a visual aid to process operations and plant protection. They provide windows into pipelines, enabling the user to see immediately if flow is taking place and to observe colour and condition of the flow.

Please keep in mind that, contrary to common belief, every sight glass is subject to wear.Lens and sealing gaskets should be replaced periodically before there is an obvious sign of degradation. We therefore recommend that you regularly check the sight glass and always order spare glass and seals with your sight glass.

When simple visual flow indication will be sufficient we have a sight flow indicator option to suit most applications.

Our sight indicators are ideal for observing and monitoring fluid characteristics such as direction, flow and colour.

We have rising ball style, spinners and flap and spout flow indicator options available in a choice of sizes and materials with screwed, flanged or wafer connections. Compatible with water, oil, chemicals up to 600 centistokes as well as gases, our flow sight indicators meet the needs of many and varied applications.
