Product introduction:
DZH type biomass boiler is a horizontal three-way water and fire
tube boiler.The fuel is thrown into the furnace by worker.After the
fuel full combustion in the furnace, the high temperature flue gas
through the two sides of the furnace arranged on both sides of the
water pipe wall composed of airfoil shape smoke flue to the former
smoke box, and then through the threaded pipe which inserted in the
drum into the back smoke box. The smoke pumped into chimney
flue,dust remover,chimney and discharged into the atmosphere
finally through the induced draft fan. The boiler operation
security and stability, simple operation, low failure rate,etc.

1. maturity: Our company is one of the earliest manufacturers of
coal-fired fast-packaged threaded tube boiler in China. For more
than 30 years, the products have been upgraded and matured many

pipe, furnace enhanced combustion etc. control system with
automatic adjustment of steam pressure, automatic control of water
supply, steam high pressure protection, boiler water shortage
protection, high and low water level alarm, low water level
interlock protection, Overload protection and power failure
automatic protection and other functions.

safety incidents; early boiler has been running up to 20 years.

200,000 times fatigue test on the shell boiler.
