Product introduction:
WNS series oil/gas fired steam boiler belong to horizontal internal
combustion three-return full wet back boiler, boiler radiation
heating surface is whole corrugated furnace. Convection heating
surface adopts screw smoke tube, big heating area, boiler
sufficient steam output, thermal efficiency can reach more than
92%.
Boiler combustion chamber design is reasonable,fully adapted to
city gas, natural gas, light diesel oil, heavy oil and other kinds
of fuels.
Fuel combustion by micro-positive pressure in the furnace.
Combustion completely, Exhaust gas pollution emission low. Boiler’s
smoke blackness, soot blackness, concentration, noise and other
technical index are all better than National Standard in same area.
The control system adopts mechatronics Mechanical-electrical
intergration control equipment and programmable logic
controller(PLC) joint control mode, and supporting Italy
Riello/Baltur, Finland Olin, Germany Weishaupt etc from
International famous brand burner.
Structure Feature:
1.Three pass structure
The first return:boiler fuel micro-positive buring in the furnace.
The second return:the flame and high temperature smoke through reversal chamber into
short smoke pipe.
The third return:smoke through front smoke box into long smoke pipe.after the
convection heat transfer discharge into atmosphere.
2.Wet back structure:
Adopt all wet back structure, the high temperature smoke are
surrounded by water, can effectively use heating surface, and can
avoid dry back structure to make back smoke box scoured by high
temperature smoke result in easily damaged.
