Vehicle loading and unloading conveyor system usually consists of a powered incline belt conveyortogrther with an flexible roller/skate wheel conveyor to lift or lower boxes into or out of containers or trucks from ground level. Other lower cost unloading only gravity options are available.

Specification:

Our one standard system including 2 units powered expandable roller conveyor and 1 unit slope belt conveyor, as you can see above picture, there have 3 parts,

“1”--------- powered expandable roller conveyor, this conveyor length is depend on how long the truck or container you need to loading and unloading,

· 20’ container-----4m powered expandable roller conveyor will be required

· 40’ container-----10m powered expandable roller conveyor will be required

“2”---------slope belt conveyor, total length=3.6m, horizontal section length=600mm, incline section length=3m, lower end height=700mm, higher end height adjustable 700 to 2200mm, automatic hydraulic system, high grip belt

“3”---------also is powered expandable roller conveyor, this section is an optional model, depend on if you want to transfer your cartons to farther place after they are unloaded from container

So, please provide below information before we quote the price:

· Total system width=? We have 460, 610, 760mm standard size, 610mm should be ok for your application

· Part 1, total extended length=? 4m for 20’ container, 10m for 40’ container

· Part 3, if your application require for this section, how about the total extended length=?

· For part 1 and 3, gravity model expandable conveyor optional, cost cheaper, but working efficiency is lower than power model
