Description

Collar:
- Full Collar stand
- Shirt Collar with twin needle stitch
- Button and button hole on corner of collar and to go through double breast detail
- Buttons on the collar to be x 2 first buttons of Double Breast
Shoulder:
- Tab on Shoulder to be on center of shoulder seam.
- Tab to be thread through the loop and fastened with a button.
- Tab to have twin needle stich.
Front:
- Double breast buttons down CF (x6 on each side - total of 12 buttons on the CF)
- Yoke seam on front panel (5cm down from shoulder seam) with edge stitch
- Storm flap to have twin needle stich on edge of flap and must be fastened with a squared off 15mm stud to the front panel
- Storm flaps to be stitched into yoke seam and armhole.
- Princess cutline from yoke seam to hem with twin needle stitch on panel seam
- x2 belt loops in the waist position, at the side seam side of the princess cutline.
- Belt loops to have twin needle stitching around the edges and the belt loop must be 4cm wide at the top of the belt loop where
it is stitched down, 6cm at the widest point and 10cm long down the center.
- Belt loop to gradually go wider to the bottom of the belt loop and to end in a point.
- 15mm squared off stud (polished) on the point of the belt loop to fasten this to the front panel.
- Thread through belt with polished metal buckle and pong to be at the end of one side of belt and belt to be finished off on the
other side with a point and polished metal eyelets for belt fastening. Belt must have twin needle stitch on both sides of the belt.
- Functional Side entry pockets with pocket flap to be 4.5 in width and 16cm in length with twin needle stitched around pocket
entry.
- Pocket to be fastened/ closed with a 15mm squared off stud on the center of the pocket flap.
- 2 Piece sleeve with twin needle stitching on panel lines
- 12cm deep cuff with twin needle stitching on panel line

Sleeve:
- Tab on sleeve with Polished Metal buckle, pong and eyelets. Tab to have twin needle stitch on both sides

- x4 loops on cuff for tab.

Back:
- Shirt Collar with twin needle stitch around back of collar edge
- Yoke seam on back panel (5cm down from shoulder seam) with edge stitch
- Storm flap on back to be stitched into yoke seam and armhole.
- Storm flap to be curved (shorter at side seams than at CB)
- Storm flap to have twin needle stich on edge of flap and must be fastened with a squared off 15mm stud to the back panel
- Princess cutline from yoke seam to hem with twin needle stitch on panel seam
- x2 belt loops in the waist position, at the side seam side of the princess cutline.
- Belt loops to have twin needle stitching around the edges and the belt loop must be 4cm wide at the top of the belt loop where it is stitched down, 6cm at the widest point and 10cm long down the center. Belt loop to gradually go wider to the bottom of the belt loop and to end in a point.
