Product introduce:

This line suits for carrots, pumpkin processing. The final products types can be clear juice, cloudy juice, juice concentrate and fermented beverages; It can also produce pumpkin powder and carrot powder. The production line consists of washing machines, elevators, blanching machine, cut machine, crusher, pre-heater, beater, sterilization, filling machines, three-way four-stage evaporator and spray drying tower, filling and labeling machine etc. The production line adopts advanced design and high degree of automation. The main equipments are manufactured by high-quality stainless steel and in full compliance with food processing hygiene requirements.

Quality assurance:

1. The motor of Chenfei’s processing machine is basically ABB, Siemens and Jiangsu Dazhong;
2. Stainless steel is from Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (joint venture);
3. The water pump is from Nanfang and the centrifugal pump is from Yuanan;
4. Electrical cabinet and PLC control system: Siemens PLC touch screen, switch and AC contactor electrical protection is Schneider, intermediate relays are Honeywell;

5. The 304 pipes we use for the pipeline is from Yuan'an, the cables are all good cables.

​​Technical advantage: Carrots are mainly composed of cleaning, lifting, blanching and peeling, crushers, preheaters, beaters, grinders, separation, UHT sterilization machines and filling machines. The entire line is designed for carrot juice based on international quality standards.

1.Blanched and peeled: mainly by steam peeling, retaining the nutrients of the carrot itself;
2.Beating and grinding machine separation: Improve the color and taste of carrot juice;
3.UHT sterilization: through UHT instant sterilization technology, under the condition of retaining the color and taste of juice, through sterilization;
4.Aseptic filling: storage in sterile large bags to improve the shelf life of the juice.
