Double layer roofing sheets roll forming machine can produce two different profiles such as trapezoidal sheets and corrugated sheets, plain roofing sheets and tile-shape roof panels, etc.

This machine is made to produce IBR roofing sheets and corrugated roofing sheets with galvanised steel coils color coated steel coils. Steel coils go under unwinding, feeding and guiding, roll forming, cutting to required length and at last output the final products.

Machine Features

• Up layer: for producing corrugated roofing sheets with 18mm height, 76.2mm pitch distance, 762mm cover width
• Down layer: for producing IBR roofing sheets with 32mm height, 190.5mm pitch istance and 762mm cover width
• Up layer and down layer roll forming machine share the same electric control system and can not run at the same time. So if clients need high-volume production for both 2 roofing profiles, we do not suggest this double layer machine design, while Believe Industry Company also have high speed machine design.
