Description

This floor decking sheet machine is used to produce steel floor decks with 50mm depth and 460mm pitch distance. Main material can be run are galvanized steel coils with the thickness of 0.8mm to 1.2mm and raw material width of 1250mm.

Main components of this machine are decoiler, guiding and leveling device, roll former, hydraulic cutting device, collecting table, hydraulic station, etc.

Fully automatically controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen, users only need to input the production data such as production quantity and cutting length, then the machine will start to work accordingly.
