Quick Changeover Purlin Roll Forming Machine For 1.5-3.0mm Thick CM Profiles

Brief Introduction

This cold rollforming machine is used to produce C-shape and M-shape purlins with variable web width of 100mm to 350mm for steel building construction. Material can be roll formed are galvanised steel coils with the thickness of 1.5-3.0mm.

Main components of this machine are 3Ton single mandrel decoiler, 5-roller leveller, hydraulic punching unit, pre-cutting device, forming stations, product receiving tables and control system, etc.

Work process of CM purlin rollforming line: steel coil uploading--coil unwinding--entry feeding and deviation adjustment--material levelling--pre-punching--pre-cutting to required length--CM purlin roll forming--final product.

Machine Features

• Automatic size adjustment with one side of the roller stands electrically moving in and out through the linear guide rail.
• Hydraulically re-cutting design no need to change cutting blades for each purlin profile and dimensions.
• Whole line is controlled by PLC control system.
• Electrically driven via chain and sprocket.
• Strong machine structure with H beam steel welded machine base and cast iron roller stands.
• GCr15 roller material go through CNC machining, vacuum heat treatment for great strength.
• Covered with metal mesh for protecting the safety of both human and machine.
