Description:
Ultrasonic cutting vibration system is mainly composed of
ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic booster and cutting blade. Among
them, the role of ultrasonic transducer is to convert electrical
signals into acoustic signals; Booster is an important part of
ultrasonic machining equipment. It has two main functions :(1)
energy accumulation is the amplification of mechanical vibration
displacement or velocity amplitude, or the concentration of energy
on a smaller radiant surface for energy accumulation;(2)
effectively transfer sound energy to the load as a mechanical
impedance converter, impedance matching between the transducer and
the acoustic load, so that ultrasonic energy can be transmitted to
the load more effectively from the transducer. The combination form
of ultrasonic amplitude transformer and cutting blade is adopted in
this system. In order to obtain a large amplitude amplification
factor (Am), stepped amplitude transformer is adopted.

Application:
Wide range: all kinds of textile materials can be cut by
ultrasonic.For example, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, including
aromatic polyphthalamine fibers, carbon fibers and glass fibers,
woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics and knitted fabrics can be cut by
ultrasonic waves.

material will not adhere to the blade surface, cutting only
requires a small pressure, for fragile and soft materials are not

which is connected to the 220V power supply. When the switch is
turned on, it can be used for cutting, supporting handheld and
machine-mounted cutting (three-axis mechanical arm can be added).
