I Single Facer Structure

The single-facer machine consists of a roll holder and a single-face corrugating machine. The corrugated medium is first heated, then the corrugated roll is used to make the desired flute type, and finally the rubber is coated at the peak (starch adhesive) with one side. Corrugated paper is bonded to form a single-faced corrugated board. The heating method of the core paper is steam heating, electric heating and oil heating.

Single-face machining flute can be customized.

The main components of the single-facer machine are: base paper support, corrugating roller, pressure roller, preheating roller, glue application device, pneumatic device, paper guide sheet and vacuum adsorption device.
