Functional Overview:
The equipment is a vacuum cleaner current-carrying hose bending
test equipment designed according to the requirements of
IEC60335-2-2/GB4706.7:201.103, UL1017-8.13.1.3. The test will be
carried out on the pivot arm of the current-carrying hose fixing
device. The distance between the arm shaft and the hose into the
rigid part is 305 (+0 ~ -0.5) mm, and the other end of the hose is
hanged with a weight of 4.98 (-0 ~ +0.01) kg (The weight can slide
along the weight skateboard), the pivot arm is raised from the
level to 400, and the cycle is 2500 times. Then the end of the hose
is transferred to 900 and the above test is repeated 2500/10000
times. After the test is completed, the sample is subjected to an
electrical strength test.
