Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A:Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular
orders,we prefer 30% in advance,70% against the of B/L.For long
term business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.
Q2: What is the lead time?
A:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and
receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was non
standard, we have to consider extra 10-15days for tooling/mould
made.
Q3. What is your sample policy?
A: We are glad to send ip65 led light samples for your
inspection.Standard samples can be free, but the clients need to
cover the freight cost.
Q4: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
1) We can provide ip65 led light samples and you can choose one or
more, and then we make the quality according to that. 2) Send us
your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.
Q5. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you have
legally registered patent, we can pack the goods by your logo after
getting your authorization letters.
