Modularity
Veson VSL actuators all share a common construction philosophy
known as modularity, which is achieved by utilizing a consistent
engineering design throughout our complete range.
Power cylinders, spring containers, manual overrides, control
systems, and other features can be assembled in various different
positions thus allowing to cover all requests in terms of fail
position and additional features.
With the large stock of finished and semi-finished components
always available, actuators can be assembled and supplied with very
fast deliveries.

Actuator body: Body material is aluminium alloy, internal and
external surface by anodic oxidation and polishing treatment to 45-
50um.
- Indicator:Each standard product contacining a open or closed
indicator, which show valve position,
- Travel Adjustment: Through two bolt to adjustment 5`. and adjust at
o`and 90` position, we call it double insurance property.
- End Caps: Die-costing aluminium material(heavy), after epoxy
polyester p[erformance is the best .
- Heavy Duty Springs:Compound high strength spring by high strength
alloy steel, to ensure the best performance, the longest life
expectancy.
- Pinion Gear: Medium-Carbon Steel finish macining, then platin
nickel, to make the pistons have minimal friction, best
anti-friction and corrosion-proof.
- Piston Guides:Self-lubricating type guide(epoxy resin+GF) to ensure
the best reliability and stability.
- Piston Seals:Using NBR-70 rubber sealing ring to ensure actuator
have a reliable performance in normal temperature, if client needs
lower or higher temperature type, we can choose the sealing FPM.
- Piston:Die-casting aluminium alloy, with high quality seal. Make
the actuators in cerain input pressure can output the maxinum
toruqe. Double rack and gear make actuator output a continuous
torque. get through different types.
