1.what's demister pad
DEMISTER PAD is wire mesh blanket with or without frame used to
remove process liquid carried over which from's during boiling
vacuum evaporations or bubbling Process. it consists of multiple
layers of knitted and crimped monofilament ( 0.254 mm) wire mesh
fabric. The knitted and crimped mesh increases contact surface and
porosity of fabric, prevents blocking and gives constant porosity
throughout the metal due to this separation efficiency increases up
to 99 % at lower pressure drop & gas velocity.

7.Demister application
Wire Mesh Demister are widely used in chemcial industry.
It can remove 3~10 μm entrainment with low pressure drop, usually
