Agriculture Peanut Picking Machine Fresh Automatic Groundnut Picker

The peanut picking equipment can be connected with a suspension link of four wheels tractor
or more than 3 kw motor, which can be used for groundnut picking, cleaning, separating and bagging.
Split blade:
The split blade can be disassembled (The design has a good effort of cutting seedlings when it works).
And it is easy to install.
Lifting device:
The lifter is made up of conveyor belts, shields, and support structure (stand) of hanging bags.
The peanut is raised by the transmission belt to achieve the effect of bagging the peanut.
Shield:
Prevent debris from falling into the conveyor belt to influence the cleanliness of the peanut in the bag.
The wide belt of adsorbing impurities:
The effect is to adsorb the impurities in the peanuts in the process of the operation/on-stream,
thus making the peanut in the bag cleaner.
Specification:

1. Roll barrel and split blade: Each of split blade in the barrel is made of precision work, with good
material, detachable and high efficiency.

2. Six fan blade: Compared with three blades, the six blades can make the wind stronger and the
wind speed more balanced, which makes the separation of the seedling better.

3. Tow-double vibrating screens(sieves): It is equipped with a layer of soil sieve, which can be
cleaned at any time during the operation without stopping the operation, which is convenient and safe.

4. The lifting device (mechanism) and shield: The lifting device is changed from the original U-tube
support to the flat iron stretching from two identical specifications, which avoids the problem of running
deviation in the transmission belt operation.The shield make peanut cleanliness and free of impurities.

5. The wide belt of adsorbing impurities: As the core technology of the picking machine, the device is
