Design features

Conductor : Annealed flexible stranded tin coated copper in accordance with ASTM B-33 or B-3 for uncoated ,ASTM B 172 or B 173

Conductor shield : Semi-conducting layer over the conductor

Insulation: Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR).

Insulation shield: Semi-conducting tape +Composite tinned copper/polyamide braid

Circuit identification: The polyamide in the shielding braid is colored black , white ,red in accordance with ICEA S-75-381

Grounding: Annealed tin coated copper acc. Tab. 3-25 of ICEA S-75-381.

Ground check: Annealed tin coated copper acc. Tab. 3-22 of ICEA S-75-381 . Color of insulation :Yellow

Assembly: Three power, the ground check ,two bare grounding cabled a single faced rubber filled binder tape applied overall . Integral filled jacket

Outer jacket: Extra-heavy-duty CPE.

Color of outer jacket : Black or other colors can be provided

Minimum bending radius : Eight times overall diameter of the cable
