Product Description
1. Continuous sucker rod production line
The continuous sucker rod production line is mainly composed of two
parts: welding production line and heat treatment production line.
2. Main equipment of continuous sucker rod production line
In the production process, uncoiler, straightening machine, flash
butt welding machine, power tractor, flaw detection machine,
induction heating furnace, roll forming machine, shot blasting
machine and so on are mainly used. The production line is highly
integrated and easy to operate. The whole production process can be
completed by 5-7 people. It can deal with the material of
continuous sucker rod with diameter of 15mm-47mm. It can be applied to products of different specifications. Annual
treatment capacity can reach 100000 meters.
3. Engineers design according to the factory layout, so I need to know
the floor plan of the factory and workshop.

2.Continuous sucker rod storage
Round special storage shelves are needed at both ends of the
production line. Five shelves can be stacked and stored before
delivery, saving storage space and connecting shelves with special
vehicles for easy transportation.
