Application:
This machine is special for singeing the 100% cotton,hemp and other
blended fabric to remove impurity and villous of fabric surface.

Main structure feature:
Feeding frame made of edge fold steel plate, equipped with fabric
tighten device,guide roller,selvedge guider etc.
Composed of two pcs of palm fibre brushing rollers, 2 pcs of rubber
roller, equipped with dust absorption and filter.
Four burners singeing, passing cloth can achieve two positive two
negative, the angle of burners burning each other or cutting
burning can be manual regulated.
Nominal pressure is 3 ton, single squeezing point, underneath
compression, upper roller is steel roller, and frequency converter
drives geared motor, steel roller dia. Is 225mm, coated with
stainless steel plate. Lower roller is rubber roller; diameter is
250mm, NBR. Upper and lower squeezing roller body is seamless steel
tube. Transmission power is 3 kw.
Rack is steel plate folded plate structure; output device is
package output, single motor drives.

The process: (see flow chart)
Open-width entry → brushing box → four burners singeing combination
→ steam-smothering → MH561 two rollers squeezer → two cold water
roller → open width doffing.
