1.Please provide enough details about the process of importing this
motorized animal to my countries.
Firstly please advise the quantity you need and sea port, we will
make the proforma invoice for you to confirm, then you can arrange
payment and choose models, secondly we arrange production and
shipment, finally when goods arrive at your seaport, you ( or your
custom agent) take the custom files to clear custom and pick up the
goods.
2. How to pick up the animals when arriving at port ?
Don’t worry about it. We will send you the invoice ,packing list
and BL to customs clearance by DHL.
3.I have my own shipping agent , could you please offer us some
details ?
Our animals are with lead-acid battery. Please ask your agent to
check if they can ship the goods with battery . Because there are
some shipping company that do not allow with battery by sea /air .

4.What about the maintenance of happy rides on animal?
When business of the day is over, check the machine to make sure it
works properly the next day
1.Motor system -clean chain and put some oil the chain .
2.Gear and screws : keep tightening the gears or screws
3.plush cover -wash by hand or wash machine ,only suggest use
low -alkaline soap ,shampoo ans other detergent to avoid fade too
much
5.How many hours the motorized animals can be used ? Is it easy to
charge ?
The battery is 12v, 24ah, normally charge 4-6 hours to use 6-8
hours. when the speed slow down, the battery should be charged.
Usually our customers charge the battery during night to keep it
can work well in daytime.
