complete casting lines, including Expendable casting process, wax
casting mold, coated sand, it can meets the different requirements
on the dimensional accuracy of casting. The wax casting mold line,
special for stainless steel material, was finished in the
thermostatic workshop to guarantee the casting accuracy, meanwhile,
shorten the whole production time.
More than 85 sets production machine, includes grinding
machine, CNC, lathe, Milling, High speed punch press machine,
testing machine, etc., with sufficient spare parts stock to
guarantee the production capacity 11,000 sets per month. From
material purchase, metalworking, impeller dynamic balance, motor
