Description
This machine is used to produce carbonated soft drink, like cola,
soda water, energy drink, etc. It's for glass bottle aluminium
rotary cap package, capacity is about 8000 bottles per hour, the
filling cylinder can lift automaticlly only need to set on the
touch screen according to diffirent bottle height.
Machine character
1. For carbonated drink characteristics, carbonated drink tank and
filling valve is customized made.
Additional increase diaphragm valve to ensure carbonated drink
supplying stability ,reduce carbonated drink foaming, make sure
that carbonated drink level accuracy.
2. Pressure preparation is combined controlled by solenoid valve
under working table, with PLC and electrode points pressure gauge.
carbonated drink tank is prepared pressure first, then feeding
carbonated drink. If too big pressure with feeding carbonated
drink, carbonated drink tank will air exhaust to set up pressure,
if pressure is not enough, CO2 will feed to carbonated drink tank
for pressure preparation to reach to required pressure.
3. The main purpose of water injecting and foaming device is
filtered by high pressure and heated water , and for high pressure
waterline sent into bottle , and make bubble, and take out air from
the bottle, and ensure the quality of carbonated drink.
Machine picture
Washing parts: SUS 304, compact structure, convient adjustment,
small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution
for the bottle mouth efficiently, equipped with water collector to
callback rinsed water.
Filling parts: equipped with CO2 accuracy pressure control, so that
the liquid level is always stable. The machine obtains advantage of
high reliability, high efficiency, high degree automation and easy
operation.
Capping parts: Aluminum screw cap or Crown cap, etc. It is optional according to
customers request. Different cap use different capping head.
