1. Do not install in high temperature, closed and non-ventilated
areas;
2. The installation location should not be installed under the tree
or the place where there are obstructions. The solar panel must be exposed to sunlight in
all directions;
3. When the product is stored in the warehouse, it needs to be
charged and discharged every 3 months;
4. When the product is faulty, you need to find a professional to
deal with it;
5. Eliminate scrapped products, must be handed over to the relevant
departments for Centralized processing.

- How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Contact our sales representatives by email, skype or making a
call, we will soon send you confirm with you for your detailed
requirements. Then we send you PI for your approval and payment.
You can choose wire transfer, PayPal, west union to send us
payment.
- Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm
the design firstly based on our sample.
- Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
- How long will be the lead time?
A. This will be subject to your order quantity. Normally, below
5,000pcs, we will deliver within 15 working days. For large
quantity, please confirm with your order.
- Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.
- How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control
system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with
new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to
you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
- How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5
