Cnc router is called Computer Numerical Control Router too, works
under control by computer on various materials, such as wood,
acrylic, composites, auminium, steel, plastics and foam.
A cnc router has many functions like engraving, carving, cutting,
drlling. It could perform the tasks of lots of carpentry machine,
such as the panel saw, the spindle moulder, the leather machine,
the boring machine etc. They can also cut mortises and tenons.
We usually adopt HSD and Hiteco Air Cooling Spindle form Italy. It
has more advantage in work, well known better quality and long
working life-span, good working effect, low ware etc. All these
advantages make it suitable for High-end woodworking engraving
machine, like ATC and single arm type. Of course, it is a good
choice if you wanna a cnc router with faster working speed in
simple engraving operation.
We choose square rail for our cnc router. Bucause compare with
round rail, square rail could bear qaual force in all directions,
could ensure the accuracy and strength of the machine.
Square rail is more suitable for high-speed move and greatly reduce
the drive horsepower the machine required.
