Description:
Hot rolled stainless steel strip is a semifinished product obtained
from the hot rolling of slabs or billets and is produced for
conversion by cold rolling.
Cold rolled stainless steel strip is manufactured from hot rolled,
annealed and pickled strip by cold rolling on polished rolls.
Depending on the thickness desired, the cold rolling requires
various numbers of passes through the mill to effect the necessary
reduction and to secure the desired surface characteristics and
mechanical properties.
Three rolled (unpolished) finishes (No. 1, No. 2 and bright
annealed) and one polished finish (mill buffed) are commonly
supplied on stainless steel strip.

Specification:
The thickness is 0.03 to 5.0mm, and the width can be cut steel
strip, thin strip, winding belt, calender belt and other strips
(note: various thickness and width of stainless steel calender
strip can be produced according to customer's demand).
Surface: BA surface, 2B surface, NO.1(white skin), 2D surface,
NO.4(frosted), HL(wire-drawing), 8K surface and other surface
quality, good brightness of materials: stainless steel strip,
stainless steel conveyor strip, stainless steel packaging strip,
elastic stainless steel strip, stainless steel coil belt,
ultra-thin stainless steel strip.
Hardness (HV) 160° to 600° (soft state, 1/2, 3/4 H H, H) and other
primary secondary stainless steel strip.
Corrosion Resistance:
316 has excellent corrosion resistance and is used in many
corrosive environments and atmospheres.
