materials for insulation. Its low density and excellent formability
allow it to be used in thicker sections that improve its damage
resistance and make it more installation friendly.Aluminium’s
formability give the designer choices in surface finish that
include smooth and embossed. Insulation aluminum stucco embossed
sheet coil, its rougher appearance of the finish tends to hide
minor imperfections and is often chosen for that reason. As for the
aluminium jacketing, aluminium sheet manufacturer to recommend
using alloy 3105 or 3003 for jacketing insulation. Insulation

texture hides small imperfections and scratches caused by physical

1. Product Introduction
The embossing aluminum, also known as embossed aluminum coil, has
stucco pattern, diamond pattern and other patterns.
After embossing, surface of aluminum coil becomes nice, sleek,
strong and three-dimensional. Embossed aluminum coil can increase
thickness of aluminum coils for about 0.1 ~ 0.25mm. And aluminum
coils can enhance the strength and stiffness of original surface of
the aluminum coil, and meanwhile do not affect its performance.
2. Application field
Embossed aluminum coil is mainly used for interior decoration of
freezer and refrigerator, decorative aluminum products, e.g. bags,
central air conditioning and ventilation nozzles, and enclosure of
mechanical equipment and so on. It is a kind of new decorative
material.
