HF5825Z diesel driven towing tractor is designed for towing baggage and cargo in aviation business. It adopts advanced technology and armored design. Original Japanese Okamura automatic gear-box, easy operation, guarantee safety and stability during long term use. While using go forward gear or backward gear, gear-arranging device should be pulled up, neutral gear should be in the middle. Gear-arranging device has clear indication signs, it can prevent the mistakes during operations. Gear-box has retaining device: Reverse gear can be used only after wehicle stopping, special settings put the brake by the control device；after switching revers gear has a buffer or stop block, prevent jump out of gear.
Special control dashboard for baggage tractors, electrical appliances. The switch is detailed, moistureproof, waterproof, heat-resistant and protective. Electromagnetic interference function, easy to control. The thickness of the front and back high strength steel plate is 20 - 35 mm, side.
The thickness of the surface is 8-12 millimeter, and its anti-collision is good. Strong balance and high safety factor. Heat sink holes in the front of the vehicle are beautiful and are used as radiate heat ventilation.

The cab was made of special shaped steel tube. Unlike other competitiors, our chassis structure is specially designed by welding different thickness of steel plates (our competitors are modifying their forklift truck).This will give our tractor evenly distribute in loading and as a result has a high efficiency and stability especially in turning sgarp angle. The turning radius is less than 3.8 meters

Engine:1. YANMAR engine 98C 43.7KW ,engine with 4 cylinders;
2. Cummins CUMMINS 2.8 model 60 H.P./43 KW, engine with 4 cylinders;
Transmission:Imported Japanese brand Okamura transmission；
Front axle:independent suspension (suspension type) spring structure is used for the front axle. Front hydraulic disk brake, steering horizontal cylinder.
Rear axle:Chinese product used Toyota technology for driving rear axle, also using the steel spring for high strength of the driving axle. Rear axle capacity is 5 tones, rear wheels are fitted with drum brake (also can choose disk brake). Hand brake is a mechanical steel lock type, also added hand brake disk, so it makes maintenance more convenient.
Brake system:pedal brake is used for the front disk brake. Its more safety. (When the front and rear wheels are stopped at the same time , braking distance is shorter, which increases safety factor). Vacuum hydraulic pump connected with hydraulic system, it’s durable and portable.
Steering:steering transverse cylinder is full hydraulic power-assisted steering.
Spring plate: Front, rear spring plates fitted with rotary mechanism and hydraulic shock absorbing cylinder；
Electrical system:full lighting,rational configuration,vehicle has head lights, tail lights, brake lights, front and rear turning lights；
Electric devices use 12V DC electrical system, equipment has main power switch. More than that, every circuit has protecting device；
Tow Hitch: E-type and can be operated inside the driving cab. Cab fitted with control mechanism of the self-centering unhooking device
Tire: Front 650-10 and rear 700-15
Fue tank: 65 liter
