HFFKT5800 is a special chassis type boarding ramp. It was developed by Shanghai Hangfu Airdrome Equipment Co., Ltd. for taking passengers on/off the board. The vehicle equipped with imported brand turbo-charged engine, imported hydraulic electric control gear box with step-less speed change, high-performance configuration combination, PLC Mitsubishi electric control system, MURPHY display, shows the height of the boarding platform. When the passenger steps is getting close to the aircraft, there is an safety prediction, emergency measures intelligent control. Hydraulic steering axle, transverse cylinder, hydraulic steering, dual-circuit hydraulic control system, hydraulic disk brake. The main parts are all made by international famous brands, good reliability and maintainability,hydraulic lifting system, WMCO shift-lever. This equipment is full-featured, has graceful outline with streamline design, simple, safe, suitable for differne types of the aircraft with low door height.

The main features:

1) Self-made special chassis, the chassis designed according to the newest specific layout. The vehicle has reasonable, safety coefficient is more than 5.

2) Self-developed full vision cab, comfortable vision during operations.

3) The vehicle has low center of gravity, special wide wheelbase axle guarantee stability during operations.

4) Steps height 190 mm, depth 276 mm

5) Guard rails height from 1100 mm to 1220 mm, on the both sides has mechanical fall prevention, so it’s guarantee passengers’ safety.

6) Double emergency pump provided equipment with emergency security.

7) The equipment can proceed automatic operations control, automatic height measurement can set up different height according to aircraft door height before the vehicle get close to the aircraft. Simple and comfortable operations.
