Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spread roll, dryer section guide roll and paper leading roll:

• Dose not allow grith welds in roll.
• Before processing, the roll body must correct shape.
• Wire section, guide roll of press section, spread roll, dry section guide roll, paper leading roll: Before processing, the whole roll must annealing treatment.

Frame

• Before welding, sheet and tube should rectify straight.
• Before fine machining, it must mechanical vibration treatment to eliminate stress.

Casting parts

• Big jumbo press roll, dryer cylinder: after casting, thermal insulation treatment to eliminate stress.
• Other casting: after casting, annealing heat treatment to eliminate the stress.

Spindle nose of roll

• Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spreading roll, dry section guide roll, paper leading roll: Quenching and tempering treatment before finishing.
• Bearing taper surface of all the bearing and roller must precision fit, the contact surface more than 80%.
