Wire section description of craft paper making machine

1- Wire section is composed of wire table frame, breast roll and lifting device, de-watering element group, wire guide roll, doctor, high/low pressure spray pipe, edge sprayer pipe, tensioner, corrector, white water pan, wire drive roll, vacuum couch roll, deckle needle, paper leading needle and vacuum pipelines etc.

2- Wire section all transmission part corrects dynamic balance.

3- Paper dryness after wire section reaches 20-22%.

4- Adopts cantilever screen changing mold. Wire tension is calculated as 7KN/M.

5- All rolls in wire section adopt grease lubrication.
