Bunge acoustic partition walls are made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials.The panels move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or rails,and they have a standard thickness of 65 mm,85 mm and 100 mm,and a width up to 1230 mm.Maximum height can reach 13 m tall.

Our acoustic partition system accessories are custom for each client and project,and they are also made of superior material.Track system for right-angled configurations with cross- roller carriers for element weights up to 500 kg. Support rollers in the junctions guarantee easy operation when sliding the elements across intersections .

Besides the high sound absorbing test,we have passed the Eco-protection test and Fireproof test,to ensure you to get the top quality product, and enjoy a safe , comfortable and low carbon emission way of life on movable and operable partition system.

Sliding Track system:

For single or paired panels up to 250 kg. One 4-wheeled carrier is provided per panel, each wheel is consists of molded polymer tires on hardened steel ball bearings.Resilient mounted body for quite operation and load distribution.special for center stacking option. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200mm.

For panel up to 225 kg. Two carriers are provided per panel. Each carrier has two horizontal counter-rotating wheels that roll (not slide) in the track. Each wheel has precision ground bearings, encased with POM for quiet operation. Carriers easily negotiate square or angled corners without switches. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
