Ejector Sleeves for Plastic Injection
Description
The ejector sleeves is a kind of plastic mould accessories used in
conjunction with ejector pins, it looks like a hollow ejector pins.
When there are circular through-holes or blind holes in the
injection products and it must be ejected, the ejector sleeves
should be used.
The ejector sleeves is usually made of Tungsten and molybdenum ductile high speed
steel, such as SKH51, with a hardness of HRC58-60°. The production
process is similar to that of the ejector pins.

Treatment
The nitriding process made it has the characteristics of wear
resistance and heat resistance, and so it is resistant to over
1200℃, can be applied to high temperature injection mold.

According to HASCO standard, we have the following standard sizes
of thimbles in stock, generally can be shipped within 3 working
days, if customized thimbles, delivery time is generally 15-20
days.

Attention
It is necessary to spray antirust agent to prevent rust during the
production of the cylinder. In the process of using, if the mold is
idle for a long time, it should also pay attention to antirust.
Packing and Shipping
The ejector sleeves are packaged with plastic bags with rust
preventing oil, customized package is welcome.
About the shipping, all the well-known express companies and ocean
