Treatment
Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) is an advanced surface treatment
technology widely used in the world. Its working principle is that
the gas or evaporated substance is partially ionized by gas
discharge in vacuum, and the evaporation or its reactants are
deposited on the substrate while the gas ions or the evaporated
substance ions are bombarded.
