Automatic High Speed Double Wire Twisting Buncher
I. Application scope
The bunching machine is suitable for the winding of the extremely
thin wire conductors such as aerospace, medical devices, mobile
phones, notebook computers, etc. Seven strands of bare copper wire,
tinned wire, enameled wire, etc. Conductor wire diameter range:
Φ0.15mm～Φ1.04mm, stranding area:0.35mm2～6 mm 2, pitch distance:
12.5mm～96.8mm.

III. Equipment composition
3.1 Machine features
3.1.1 Main body: the body is made of high quality steel plate
welded, after annealing processing, precision CNC boring machine.
3.2.2 Driving part: the main transmission adopts synchronous belt
with high quality, bearing adopts NSK bearings imported from, using
circulating oil lubrication.
3.2.3 Spindle material: 40Cr steel after quenching and tempering
treatment;
Accuracy: the outer core of the shaft and the bearing end face are
grinded to ensure concentricity and verticality of the axis.
Dynamic balance: dynamic balance accuracy G2.5 (weight difference
0.03 g)
3.2.4 Into the line part: from the line device through the broken
line induction area, the first through the main distribution board
(line hole according to 1+6+12+)... After passing through the first
line pressing die, and then passing through the second line
pressing die, the wire guide wheel in the right main shaft is
backward. After the aluminum ring with a ceramic ring and then into
the main axis of the inside of the wire guide wheel, and then
through the center of the steering wheel to the steering wheel, to
the top of the qualifying pulley.
3.2.5 Bow belt part: material imported from Japan SK5;
Shape: specially designed to reduce drag.
Weight difference: less than 0.03 grams per pair.
3.2.6 Tension control: 1.2kg/f magnetic powder type automatic
clutch (to meet the requirements of 0.10～2mm2 strand production process); PLC program controller to
automatically adjust the tension, tension constant.
3.2.7 Production performance: production of 0.10～2mm2 specification products, do not jump the wire, the wire guide
wheel, ceramic ring does not damage the copper wire;
3.2 Electrical control
3.2.1 Motor control: using the transducer infinitely
adjustable-speed control, can be adjusted, between zero and the
highest speed tachometer shows the current speed.
3.2.2 Automatic stop: plateful downtime, internal and external
broken wires automatic stop, on the cover, the front door, jacking,
plate, such as abnormal alarm automatic brake function.
3.2.3 Electrical control: electrical control design scientific,
reasonable, sensitive reaction, action accurate, convenient
operation, electrical schematic diagram.
IV. The installation of the machine
4.1 Production workshop
The ground should be clean and tidy for production workshop, the
channel is smooth, well ventilated, bright light, should be
embedded underground power cable.
4.2 The installation of the machine
Machine should be installed so as to facilitate operation and
maintenance, machine installation, size layout should be
appropriate, to facilitate logistics flow. Each machine use 6 piece
of Shock pad.
4.3 Electrical wiring
This machine motor use 380VAC three-phase power supply, electric
cabinet R.S.T on patch panel in the terminal for the power
converter terminal, when wiring, please make sure the power is
correct, the machine should have a good grounding.
V. Prepare operation
5.1 According to production requirement your coil ready;
5.2 according to the production requirements need to be twisted
wire coil respectively in a pay-off rack is fixed;
5.3 According to the wire diameter size appropriate adjust the
thread tension.
5.4 according to the diameter of twisted to choose the appropriate
eye mode;
5.5 Check the receive coil specification is correct, no defect;
5.6 the correct sound coil specification on top plate shaft within
the machine, tighten the oil switch, hydraulic jack back pressure
oil with axis of take-up rises to the top axis of consistent
position, tighten the jacking the hand wheel, make the top shaft
locking the spool. Loosen the hydraulic jack switch back to oil;
make the top tray plate to its original position;
5.7 The twisted copper wire or wire through the rack wheel hub
plate, die through the steel spindle, the porcelain eye, pulling
wheel, steering wheel, guide wheel to qualifying spool;
5.8 Adjust the position according to the length of the reel;
5.9 Close the door.
