The Pump Thru Rupture Disc Safety Circulating Valve is a kind of RD
circulating valve, used for the drill stem testing operation in
cased hole well testing service. he Pump Thru Rupture Disc (RD)
safety circulating valve is with two functions, one is safety valve
service, the other is circulating valve service. The RD circulating
valve is with pump thru capabilities.
The pump thru rupture disc safety circulating valve is operated by
increasing the applied annulus pressure so that the annulus
pressure at the tool reaches a predetermined value at which point
the RD will burst.
Constructure of the RD Safety Circulating Valve

power section, circulating section and safety valve
* The power section consists of a power mandrel, an Rupture disc
case, and Rupture Disc.
* The circulating section consists of a set of annulus ports in a
case that is initially sealed by the power
mandrel.
* The safety valve consists of a sleeve, flapper valve, and seat.
