Overview of CT Dual Activated Circulation Valve

The Dual Activated Circulation Valve features with dual function Circulating & Burst Disc Sub, so the valve is designed as a circulating safety component within the Bottom Hole Assembly. Dual activeated circulating valve is a sort of the coiled tubing dowhole circulating tool with the two functions of shear pin and rupture disc.
The circulation is made by break the rupture disc, and provide adequate circulation channels to pump the ball, or dropping the ball and applying the pressure the make the maximum circulation. The circulating valve is applied to coiled tubing operation, and the rupture disc can be changed by screw plug.
