Production description of MG Industrial Screw Conveyors:
Screw Conveyor is a new type of transporting equipment, which use
rotary screw vane to push material continuously in closed housing
with round section.
It is applicable to transport various kinds of loose material such
as power, granular and small piece material, for example: clay
powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small piece of coal,
cobble and cast iron filings, etc. It is not applicable to
transport material with high viscosity, easy to be curdled.
The machine is mainly to dry mortar production to connect the
cement or sand storage silo and weight measurement hopper to convey
the material in fuu automatic dry mortar plant for building, the
industrial screw conveyor is apply to chemical industry, food
industry, metallurgy industry which need to achieve short distance
upwards delivery of powers and smaill particale materials, it can
be used with the rotary vibration sieve, plastic extrusion
machines, injection molding machines and other corollary equipment.
It has the advantage of less occupying space, simplification
working, saving manpower, improve working conditions, humanity and
safety.
