Introduction of MG tile adhesive machine:

MG tile adhesive machine mainly composed of hoisting machine, premixed storage warehouse, small cement silo, dry mortar mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control room and gas phase balance system. Large proportions of raw materials such as cement can be manually metered through the elevator into premixed warehouses. Small proportions of valuable masterbatches such as cellulose and rubber powder can be metered into the additive hopper through electronic scales, and further compared to the simple type because the mixer is mixed. Afterwards, automatic metering of the packaging takes place via a valve packer or an open packer.

Tile adhesive Mixing line work flow:

1. Set weight and proportions of all kinds of raw material , then put the data into the PLC automatic batching system.

2. When the sand is dried, the sand and other raw materials should be put into the storage silo through conveying system.

3. Raw materials in the silo will be delivered to the weightless twin shaft paddle mixer, which is specially designed to meet customers' demands for the fast, precision mixing. The mixer discharges materials quickly and simply, with no difficult to clean dead spots.

4.When the materials are completely mixed, they will be put into the finished silo. Then the finished products should be delivered to the bags. Through the packaging system the bags should be packed.

5. All powdery materials are under the closed state, while feeding, batching, scaling, adding, discharging and packaging. Fully closed mixing unit and the dedusting system can reduce pollution of dust and noise to the environment effectively.
