Introduction

Input liquid level sensor is a kind of pressure sensor for measuring liquid level. Based on the principle that the measured hydrostatic pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid, the static pressure is converted into electrical signal by using isolated diffused silicon sensitive element or ceramic capacitive pressure sensitive sensor, and then converted into standard electrical signal through temperature compensation and linear correction. It is generally suitable for liquid level measurement of various media in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other systems and industries.

Based on the principle that the measured hydrostatic pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid, the plunge-type liquid level transmitter uses the piezoresistive effect of the diffused silicon or ceramic sensor to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal. After temperature compensation and linear correction. Convert to 4-20 MADC standard current signal output. The sensor part of the input level transmitter can be directly put into the liquid, the transmitter part can be fixed by flange or bracket, installation and use is very convenient.

The product uses the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel structure with import oil-filled pressure core, dedicated zoom and V / I transmitter conversion circuit, which can facilitate their zero and full scale calibration and external zero and span programmable regulation.
